Brett Warner is Assistant Vice President at Innovative Health Strategies, LLC (IHS). He oversees business operations, client engagement, and team development. As a member of the executive team, he reports to the President of IHS, Neil Olderman. In this role, Brett leads purchased services consulting engagements; collaborating with hospital leaders and national vendors to scrutinize department spend and surface creative ways to safeguard cost-savings and incentivize performance improvement.
Brett joins IHS with over 10 years of professional experience in health care supply chain and purchased services consulting. He has led several large-scale consulting engagements covering most of the United States, negotiated complex outsourcing contracts in clinical and non-clinical areas, and developed a best-in-class sourcing process using a combination of market validation and benchmarking. Focus areas include support services, group purchasing, and health care technology. Prior to joining IHS, Brett served as Director at OPTUM, Senior Director at The Advisory Board Company, and as Business Analyst at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He graduated from The George Washington University in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration.
