"With this letter, I wish to comment on the very high quality of services that Hospital for Special Surgery received from the firm of Innovative Health Strategies LLC/Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP during the final stages of a hospital selection and contract for a PACS system recently completed. Every dollar spent with this firm had a return many times over in savings in final cost and produced a sound and strong final contract with our chosen vendor.

Specifically, HSS contracted with Stephen Boochever, Jeffery Ganiban, and Jeffery Older to advise and consult, to benchmark from their experience with other PACS vendors, and to act as outside counsel for a contract negotiation with the final two competing vendors in the HSS search. They guided us to an early agreement on fundamental terms and conditions with both vendors, provided an analysis of the competing bids, and ultimately sat at the negotiation table with me and other members of the HSS team to close the contract with the winning vendor.

The service from these individuals was excellent. They were always responsive and timely. Their analysis was sound, faultless, and ultimately resulted in achieving considerable price savings. Their understanding of Hospital for Special Surgery assisted me with the management of many complex matters within the organization. The combination of their legal expertise, PACS technical knowledge and extensive experience in negotiations with all the major PACS vendors makes their offering unmatched by any other firm.
