Joe Minahan, Vice-President of Dialysis Services, provides strategic advisory services to hospitals, health systems and other health care provider and service companies. Mr. Minahan has demonstrated a strong track record in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and business development, all within the healthcare industry over the last 12 years.

Prior to joining Innovative Health Strategies, Mr. Minahan served as the Director of Corporate Development for Satellite Healthcare, Inc.  Mr. Minahan led Satellite through several accretive acquisitions and joint  ventures, creating a network of 44  dialysis clinics and home dialysis training facilities in seven states.  Prior to  Satellite, Mr. Minahan was with DaVita, Inc. , where he served as  Director of Business Development  where his responsibilities included acquisitions, joint ventures, physician recruitment, medical director agreements and management service agreements  While at DaVita Mr. Minahan was involved in over 30 acquisitions and joint venture partnerships with hospitals, physicians and private owners.
